Job summary

PSD Group in Heathrow, London, is seeking a Head of Learning & Engagement to lead the organisation's learning, development and employee engagement agenda within a large operational workforce.

The role combines L&D strategy, digital employee experience and regulatory training, with ownership of the employee app and learning platform.

You will drive transformation, measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in senior L&D roles within complex organisations.
• Experience delivering learning strategies across large frontline workforces.
• Strong digital learning and employee experience transformation experience.
• Experience managing learning platforms and digital tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with objectives.
• Own and enhance the organisation's employee app driving adoption and engagement.
• Manage relationships with technology providers to maximise platform capabilities.
• Develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture.
• Lead digitalisation of training, induction and work instructions.
• Create learning pathways and competency-based programs for performance and compliance.
