Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Training & Content Governance Coordinator to oversee publication, placement, quality, and governance of learning content across approved platforms and repositories.

The role coordinates intake through completion, maintains project tracking, manages reviews, and ensures content is accurate, current, and easy to find. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and proficient with learning technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating learning content across multiple assignments and stakeholder reviews.
• Working knowledge of learning management systems, sales readiness platforms, content repositories, or similar digital platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Content Publishing & Governance: manage placement, publication, archival, and retirement of materials across Mindtickle, SharePoint, catalogs, and other repositories.
• Workflow & Project Coordination: track scope, requirements, deadlines, owners, and actions from intake to completion.
• Quality Assurance & Communications: proof and publish Weekly Highlights; review materials for accuracy and accessibility.
• REPH Workflow Coordination: coordinate live-training breakdowns and GTM workflows with the REPH creative lead.
• Process Improvement: follow procedures, document gaps, and propose improvements.
