VetPartners is seeking a Design and Content Coordinator in York to own the design, platform, and end-to-end learner journey across our learning ecosystem. Your practice background informs learning needs, while your content and design skills turn insight into engaging material.

This office-based role offers hybrid flexibility by agreement. You will design eLearning content, manage learner experience, collaborate with clinical colleagues, apply AI tools, and continuously improve the learning

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development with content or instructional design.
• Experience designing content for an eLearning or learning management platform.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate learning needs into clear content.
• Experience applying AI tools in content design.
• Experience working in a veterinary practice is highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and build engaging eLearning content and learner journeys on the learning platform.
• Own the end-to-end learner experience, ensuring accessible, well-structured content.
• Develop marketing-style communications to promote learning content and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues to translate learning needs into accessible content.
• Apply AI tools to create content efficiently and innovatively.
• Maintain and improve the learning platform with content updates and UX refinements.
• Ensure content reflects sound instructional design principles and learning outcomes.
• Monitor content performance and learner engagement to refine offerings.
• Support cross-team programmes including the Graduate Development Programme.
