Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in training, L&D or HR coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple training schedules.

Responsibilities

• Arrange internal and external training, including bookings, venues, online sessions and materials.
• Manage the training calendar and keep employees and managers informed.
• Liaise with trainers and providers, monitoring attendance, cancellations and waiting lists.
• Track mandatory training and follow up on outstanding or expiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records.
• Produce reports, gather feedback and suggest ways to improve the learner experience.
