Thornbury Community Services seeks a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with mental health or learning disabilities live safely and fulfilfully in their own homes across Bath, Somerset, and the South West.
You’ll deliver person-centred care, promote independence and meaningful activity, and build trusting, lasting relationships with clients while following safeguarding and PBS principles; travel may be required.
