Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker (Drivers) to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes and the Leeds area, West Yorkshire.

You will deliver person-centered care, maintain safety, help promote independence, and build trusting, long-term relationships with those you support, contributing to optimistic daily routines.

Formación

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Ability to maintain risk and use physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.

Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker (Drivers)

LOCATION: Leeds, West Yorkshire

PAY RATES (including holiday pay): D ays £16.81 / Nights £18.91 / Weekends £21.01

Shifts - 08:00 am - 20:00 pm, days and nights.
