Talantir is seeking a dedicated Care Worker for Ashley Drive in High Wycombe. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week, supporting six individuals with learning disabilities to lead independent lives.

You will assist with mealtimes, personal care, appointments and daily living tasks, following care plans to ensure a high-quality, person-centred service. Salary is £24,570 per annum plus benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults preferred.
• Able to work rota including weekends and bank holidays.
• Driver's licence preferred due to limited public transport.

Responsabilidades

• Providing personal care with compassion and respect.
• Attending appointments and maintaining health and well-being.
• Promoting skills and involvement including shopping and domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
• Support in any other areas of daily living.
