Flexible ad hoc and full-time shifts, including sleep-in options, are available to suit your availability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting vulnerable clients is required.
• Caring, patient and compassionate approach is essential.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are important.
• Reliability and flexibility, with willingness to learn and follow home policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline, person-centred care and support.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, inclusion and wellbeing.
• Follow individual care plans and support guidelines.
• Assist with moving and handling safely as needed.
