Job summary

MacIntyre seeks a qualified Tutor/Assessor to inspire and develop colleagues across our Learning & Development programmes. You will support induction, deliver engaging learning experiences, and coach learners undertaking Level 2, 3 and 5 Diplomas in Adult Social Care.

You will motivate individuals, track progress, and contribute to innovative workforce development. The role requires a TAQA Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), experience in delivering vocational qualifications, and a full UK

Qualifications

Qualified Assessor with TAQA Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
Experienced in delivering vocational qualifications and supporting adult learners.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to design engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Support colleagues through a comprehensive induction programme.
Deliver inspiring learning experiences and Tutoring to learners.
Coach, mentor and assess learners undertaking Level 2, 3 and 5 Diplomas in Adult Social Care.
Motivate learners to overcome barriers and achieve goals.
Track learner progress and provide meaningful feedback for development.
Contribute to innovative learning initiatives and future-focused workforce development.
