Job summary

RBVE is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our learning strategy and help create a culture where people can grow, develop and thrive. You will influence learning, talent development and leadership capability across the organisation, ensuring our people have the skills and support they need to succeed.

Office-based in Aylesford with occasional travel to other sites. A Basic DBS check is required for this role. Salary £50-55,000 per annum, depending upon experience.

Qualifications

• Proven Learning & Development and/or Talent Development experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis and evaluating learning effectiveness.
