Job summary

RBVE in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our learning strategy and help create a culture where people can grow, develop and thrive. This role influences learning, talent development and leadership capability across RBVE, ensuring our people have the skills and support they need to succeed.

Office-based in Aylesford with occasional travel. A Basic DBS check is required for this role and you will report to senior leaders while shaping onboarding

Qualifications

• Proven Learning & Development and/or Talent Development experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis and evaluating learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver RBVE's Learning & Development strategy.
• Identify skills gaps and implement effective learning solutions.
• Design and deliver leadership, management and soft skills training programmes.
• Lead talent development, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Manage onboarding, training budgets and external learning providers.
• Measure the impact of learning programmes and provide insights to senior leaders.
