This part-time role supports the College of Health, Science and Society (CHSS) by working with academic and professional staff to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. The role requires understanding diverse learning styles and employing resources and strategies to enhance student confidence and autonomy. The post involves collaboration, continuous professional development, and participation in university meetings and projects.
You should have a graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience, with expertise in areas such as Learning Development, Librarianship, Teaching, or related fields. Evidence of ongoing professional development and knowledge of academic literacy support are essential. You should be collaborative, agile, and able to communicate and problem-solve effectively, with a proactive approach aligned with the university’s values.
The role is based primarily at the Frenchay campus, with regular work at the Glenside campus. It is a part-time, permanent position working 30 hours per week, with flexibility for remote work when not on campus.
