A leading care provider seeks a Learning & Development Facilitator to deliver impactful training across various topics. This role involves engaging participants, maintaining training records, and ensuring compliance while supporting continuous improvement. A Level 3 certificate in Education and Training is essential, with experience in adult care preferred.
An opportunity has arisen in the People & Culture Team for a Learning & Development Facilitator based one day a week in our Basingstoke office and the rest of the time in and around the Kent area.
You will be delivering engaging and impactful training (including inductions, refresher courses, and ongoing development sessions) across a variety of care and non-care topics.
You will be a charismatic and engaging trainer, able to design and deliver memorable training experiences, applying a mix of training methodologies via e-learning, face-to-face, plus coaching.
You will maintain accurate training records using our Learning Management System (LMS) and follow up on outstanding training to support compliance. Regular L&D monthly reporting will be part of your role to promote continuous improvement across the business.
An Education and Training Level 3 certificate is essential, alongside experience of working in adult care. Formal training experience is preferred but not essential.
Car driver and travel to our care homes across our geographic network is essential and will be planned for 3 to 4 times per week.
