Drive Wales is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Learning team at our Nantgarw Head Office. This role is 37.5 hours per week, with some travel across Drive services as required.

You will coordinate learning activities, maintain records, liaise with managers and training providers, and help create an accessible learning culture that supports workforce development. A proactive, organised candidate will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programmes and learning activities
• Monitor learner progress and support qualification pathways
• Work closely with managers, colleagues and external training providers
• Help maximise apprenticeship and development opportunities
• Maintain accurate and compliant learning records
• Produce reports for management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning systems and processes
