Early Years Wales is seeking a Head of Training, Learning & Development to lead the design and delivery of professional learning for its members. This senior role manages a team of eight, supporting a broad learning portfolio and working with Welsh Government, members and local authorities.

The post offers a full-time contract with an office base in RCT or St. Asaph and hybrid working up to 60% of the week. Salary is £39,192.26 FTE.
