About The Role

As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, defining and scoping learning needs aligned with Siemens strategy across all functions. You will act as the main contact for L&D matters, coordinating with teams to source content, leverage best practices, and optimize existing resources before developing new courses or programs.

Area of Responsibility

1. Engage with senior leaders to understand and align learning needs with organizational strategy.
2. Define and scope L&D requirements in collaboration with the broader team and P&O functions.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all L&D-related matters, fostering collaboration.
4. Utilize existing content, best practices, and resources before proposing new development.
5. Advise leaders on L&D policies, strategies, and planning.

Your Qualifications & Experience

1. Proven experience in learning and development, especially in business partnering and requirement scoping aligned with GSCS strategy.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience with learning platforms and adult learning principles, including future trends.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
