About The Role
As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, partnering with those in our Interlock Model. You will define and scope learning needs aligned with Siemens strategy across all functions, acting as the main contact for L&D matters, sourcing content, leveraging best practices, and utilizing existing resources before developing new courses or programs.
