Job summary

Exeter Students' Guild is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to shape how staff and volunteers learn, grow and flourish. You will design and deliver learning frameworks, programmes and systems to make learning accessible, inclusive and impactful across the organisation.

Role focuses on strengthening leadership, embedding a learning culture, and delivering practical, scalable development that supports staff, student staff and volunteers to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Learning and Development approaches, programmes or OD initiatives.
• Ability to design engaging, inclusive learning pathways for colleagues, student staff and volunteers.
• Experience using LMS data to monitor participation and evaluate impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a joined-up L&D strategy across the organisation.
• Create engaging learning experiences and leadership development programmes.
• Embed a culture where learning is valued and accessible in everyday work.
