Job summary

Essex Cares Limited is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor based in Chelmsford, travelling across Essex and West Sussex. The role supports the Learning & Talent Development Team to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that enable outstanding, person-centred care and improve workforce capability.

You will work with managers to identify needs, develop solutions and drive continuous improvement in a values-driven environment. Hybrid travel across sites is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant learning and development, training or CIPD qualification or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
• Recognised Train the Trainer qualifications or accreditations would be desirable.
• Experience in the adult social care sector and understanding of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Designing, delivering and evaluating learning programmes.
• Developing colleagues' skills and confidence across adult social care.
• Providing expert guidance on learning and workforce development matters.
• Leading learning and development projects aligned to business priorities.
• Collaborating with managers to identify capability gaps.
