You will partner with colleagues across the firm to deliver blended learning, support trainee solicitor programmes, and drive a self-serve learning culture with pragmatic, accessible training that supports career development.

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our People & Culture team at Walker Morris. You’ll design and deliver tailored learning solutions for our legal and business services teams, helping colleagues build confidence, develop their careers and make learning part of everyday working life.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm to understand what they need and turn that insight into engaging, practical learning solutions. A key part of the role is managing and developing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning content is easy to access, relevant and up to date. It’s a hands-on role with real ownership, from identifying learning needs and curating content to coordinating blended learning solutions across the firm.
