Working within the Learning and Development team as part of the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Development, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to meet customer needs and expectations.
This includes supporting Senior Management, coordinating administration of learning programmes, liaising with Learning and Development Advisors and other stakeholders, and administering projects within the department in compliance with quality procedures.
The role is based mainly at Ayrshire Central Hospital, Irvine, with possible support at Education Centres in Crosshouse and Ayr.
You will assist with helpdesk support for systems such as iMatter, LearnPro eLearning Platform, LearnPro Course Booking System, Turas Learn, and TURAS Appraisal.
Hours: 37 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-4.30pm Friday.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership: Essential for this role.
