EET (Essar Energy Transition) plays a major role in supplying the Northwest and the wider UK with essential fuels. We produce over 16% of the UK’s road fuels, supply key feedstocks to the petrochemical industry, and are investing heavily in low‑carbon energy solutions.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to play a key role in the administration, planning, and coordination of technical, compliance, and development training across the Stanlow site and associated businesses. Working closely with the Learning & Development team and operational stakeholders, you will ensure learning activities are effectively planned, scheduled, delivered, and monitored to meet business and compliance requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on workforce capability by ensuring training and development activities are effectively coordinated, accurately recorded, and strategically aligned with business objectives, while supporting a busy operational environment and driving continuous improvement in learning and development practices.
You are an organised Learning & Development professional who enjoys translating business training requirements into practical, measurable learning solutions. Comfortable working within a complex operational environment, you build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and use learner data, training metrics, and competency information to support workforce development and continuous improvement.
