Job summary

Me Learning Ltd is seeking a Learning Designer to join the Sudio team in Brighton. You will use adult learning theory and digital instructional design to create high-quality content, leading projects from scoping to delivery and ensuring impact.

Responsibilities include translating training needs into effective learning experiences, building modules with Adapt and Storyline, and collaborating with customers and teams to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• Experience designing digital learning materials for adults.
• Familiar with Adapt and Storyline authoring tools.
• Translate training needs into engaging learning experiences.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Apply adult learning principles to create accessible, engaging digital experiences.
• Lead projects to design and update learning for off-the-shelf course suites.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and shape content objectives.
• Script clear, concise content for varied audiences and outcomes.
• Select imagery and interactions to enhance learning.
• Build interactive modules using Adapt and Storyline.
• Conduct quality assurance to meet design standards and expectations.
• Work with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
