Job summary

Sainsbury's Learning Content Assistant role sits in the Learning team within the People function at our Coventry Hybrid site. You will support the Learning Design Manager with production and delivery processes to ensure content is accurate, accessible and easy to use.

You’ll test learning objects for accessibility and inclusivity, upload SCORM content to our LMS, and keep assignment guides and records up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a learning management system, including testing, uploading or updating SCORM content.
• Ability to test digital learning content against documented accessibility, inclusivity and design standards.
• Experience managing content updates, file storage and version control from request through to completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel to maintain trackers, plans or structured records.
• Evidence of coordinating work with stakeholders across teams, managing agreed actions and delivering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Learning Management System, testing and uploading SCORM content.
• Test digital learning content against accessibility and design standards and record outcomes.
• Update, store and version control content and documentation.
• Coordinate content update requests from stakeholder discussions through to amendment and re-upload.
• Maintain My Learning pages, support supplier setup and content administration, and assist small projects.
