Job summary

Argos, part of Sainsbury's, is seeking a Learning Content & Compliance Specialist to support the delivery of learning solutions. You will administer production and delivery processes, manage content, test for accessibility, and collaborate with the learning technology team to keep LMS operations running smoothly.

You'll work in a hybrid role across London, Coventry or Manchester, partnering with cross‑functional teams and external content suppliers to maintain accurate content, meet deadlines,

Qualifications

• Experience administering learning content within an LMS, including uploading and maintaining SCORM objects.
• Ability to manage content production workflows and coordinate reviews with stakeholders.
• Experience testing learning content for accessibility and inclusivity.
• Proven ability to prioritise multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
