Midlothian Council is seeking a Learning Assistant ASN at Vogrie Outdoor ELC. This permanent role is 36 hours per week across 52 weeks, with a pattern of 4 days 7.30am - 5pm. The post requires PVG scheme membership and registration with SSSC within 6 months if nursery environment.

The salary starts at £29,191.58 per annum at the first point of the scale. Candidates should have basic literacy and numeracy at the required level, knowledge of child development, and previous experience.

• Basic literacy and numeracy at Standard Grade General level or SVQ2, or equivalent.
• Familiar with child development and able to support pupils individually.
• Previous experience in early years or childcare preferred.
