The Growth Company (GC) is seeking an experienced Learning and Organisational Development Manager to join our HR team. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will lead the delivery of learning, talent, leadership development and change initiatives that strengthen capability, engagement, and performance across the organisation.
Managing a Learning and Organisational Development team, you will provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure the successful delivery of key people development programmes and initiatives. You will foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, enabling your team to deliver high-quality services that support organisational priorities. You will also support and oversee our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) networks, helping to embed inclusive practices, amplify employee voice, and drive positive cultural change across the organisation.
Working closely with our leaders and stakeholders, you will understand the Corporate Plan and, as part of the HR leadership team drive the People Delivery Plan.You will provide expert advice and deliver programmes that support organisational effectiveness and help achieve our ambition of becoming a high-performing, values-driven organisation.
