Learning & Development Specialist | Chichester | West Sussex | Salary: £40,000-45,000 | Plus Benefits

We are seeking a creative and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join our People team in Chichester, West Sussex. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training content for managers and colleagues at all levels, as well as driving wellbeing & diversity training initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career during our rapid growth phase. The role is on-site, requiring some flexibility across our manufacturing sites and head office.

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Development: Design and develop dynamic, interactive training materials for managers and operational staff.
2. Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions tailored to various audiences within the organization.
3. Engagement & Interaction: Use diverse methods such as presentations, group exercises, and multimedia tools to promote active participation.
4. Wellbeing & Diversity Initiatives: Collaborate with HR to integrate wellbeing and diversity content into learning programs.
5. Continuous Feedback & Improvement: Gather participant feedback to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.
6. Ad-hoc Support: Support additional Learning & Development projects, including onboarding and leadership development activities.

Skills & Experience Required

1. Experience in designing and delivering engaging training sessions, especially for managers.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
3. Creative approach to content creation and training delivery.
4. Knowledge of wellbeing initiatives and integrating them into training.
5. Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
7. Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is a plus.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
