Leeds Trinity University is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Practitioner to join its Learning & Organisational Development team.
You will design, deliver and evaluate a wide range of workshops and programmes to support leadership and performance, working closely with managers and stakeholders across the university. Do you enjoy creating impactful learning experiences that enable others to succeed in their roles? We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Practitioner to join our Learning & Organisational Development team here at Leeds Trinity University.
This is a new position that will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging development opportunities to support colleagues to perform at their best. Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the institution, you will help create a positive culture of workplace learning that supports our strategic ambitions and strengthens colleague experience.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organisational Development, you will design, deliver and evaluate an inclusive range of learning and development workshops, programmes and opportunities to support leadership and management, colleague and team performance.
