Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Solihull Head Office (B37 7YB), with UK travel required. You will play a key role in delivering training strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee growth across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs, manage training requests, support L&D strategy implementation, design and deliver leadership programs, evaluate training effectiveness, manage relationships with training providers, support apprenticeship and graduate programs, and maintain training matrices aligned with our Learning Management System. Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes and policies.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development, proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role, strong understanding of the full learning cycle, excellent stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, and ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of apprenticeships and industry training standards is desirable; experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
