Purpose of the role
Are you passionate about developing people and driving impactful learning initiatives? We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull (B37 7YB), with UK travel required. You will deliver our training strategy, ensure compliance, and support our organization's growth through learning and development.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs, manage training requests, and maintain accurate records. Support the implementation of L&D strategies, design and deliver leadership programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and manage relationships with training providers, including contracts and SLAs. Assist with apprenticeship and graduate programs, audits, and budget reviews. Maintain training matrices aligned with our Learning Management System and contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes, systems, and policies.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development, with proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role. Strong understanding of the full learning cycle, talent development strategies, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes, funding, and industry standards is desirable. Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus but not essential.
