Centreforequalities is seeking a dedicated professional to design and deliver training programs on violence against women and girls, working with a network of voluntary and statutory partners across Fife. Salary: FC8 £43,437.09 - £47,604.34 (Pro-Rata)
Working Pattern: 18 hours per week (this is a job share role)
Location: Based at Kirkcaldy Town House with blended working
The main focus of this post is to support the work of Fife Violence Against Women Partnership and delivering Equally Safe - Scotland’s Strategy for Preventing and Eradicating Violence Against Women and Girls. This involves close working with a range of statutory and third sector organisations, particularly with respect to the following outcomes:

You will be educated to SCQF level 8 and have significant experience of working in the field of violence against women.
You will have experience of liaising and working with a range of agencies (both voluntary and statutory), as well as service users.
You will have demonstrable skills in developing and delivering public protection training, learning programmes, and events to a wide and varied audience as well as the ability to evaluate and review programmes to ensure they remain relevant and appropriate.
You must be able to travel throughout Fife.
Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
As a progressive employer, we offer the opportunity to work in this role as a “blended working” arrangement with home-working opportunities and occasional office-working as required. While the significant part of the role can and will be carried out remotely, candidates should be able to travel to and attend office locations in Fife as required.
