  • Coordinate mentoring, coaching and internal development programmes.
  • Deliver workshops, induction sessions and professional development activities.
  • Support leadership and management development across the organisation.
  • Oversee mandatory compliance and regulatory training.
  • Manage learning records, reporting, budgets and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and develop digital learning platforms and resources.
  • Represent the organisation at careers fairs and educational events when required.

  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience designing learning pathways, development programmes and training workshops.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with employees, managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 and digital learning platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
  • A professional, approachable and learner‑focused attitude.
  • CIPD, Learning & Development, Coaching or Facilitation qualification, or equivalent experience.
Desirable:
  • Experience within professional services, legal or regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting apprenticeships, traineeships or early careers programmes.
