We believe investing in our people is key to achieving our business goals. We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating talent activities, training administration, and supporting recruitment efforts.

Role Overview:

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will organize talent activities, manage training administration, and support development programs. The role also includes assisting with recruitment and apprenticeship coordination, offering a diverse opportunity to develop various skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Learning & Development
  2. Establish systems to ensure efficient L&D services.
  3. Coordinate workshops and events, including booking venues and managing materials.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all L&D activities.
  5. Liaise with managers and staff to schedule training.
  6. Design and communicate administrative procedures for training.
  7. Coordinate L&D projects and events.
  8. Support the Head of L&D and update the L&D intranet.

Recruitment & Apprenticeships

  1. Assist with recruitment administration.
  2. Liaise with apprenticeship providers.
  3. Maintain records of apprenticeship activities.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of learning and organizational development.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
