Randstad UK seeks an Early Careers Specialist to support graduate, apprentice, and intern programmes from its Manchester campus, operating in a hybrid setup.

You will serve as the key operational anchor and first point of contact for participants, guiding line managers through milestones, rotation cycles, and performance reviews while ensuring smooth lifecycle management.

• Proven experience coordinating Early Careers, graduate, apprentice, or related L&D/People Ops programmes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and HR management systems.
• Warm, approachable communication style with the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive participant queries.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Act as pastoral and operational go-to for graduates, interns, and apprentices across their lifecycle.
• Partner with line managers to track performance cycles, mid/end-of-year reviews, and rotations.
• Coordinate programme events including onboarding, skills workshops, networking sessions, and graduations.
• Track apprentice compliance, off-the-job training days, and liaise with training providers.
• Maintain clean, reliable tracking systems for cohort data, compliance, and milestones.

Contract: Until January 2028

About the Role:

A leading global tech business is seeking an Early Careers Specialist to support the end-to-end delivery of their graduate, apprentice, and intern programmes based out of their Manchester campus.

In this role, you will act as the key operational anchor and first point of contact for participants, while guiding line managers through key milestones, rotation cycles, and performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the pastoral and operational go-to person for graduates, interns, and apprentices across their lifecycle.
• Partner closely with line managers to track performance cycles, mid/end-of-year reviews, and team rotations.
• Coordinate programme events including cohort onboarding, skills workshops, networking sessions, and graduation ceremonies.
