Job Description:

My client, an energy company, is looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator on a permanent basis, based in London. Salary is up to £45,000, and you would be required in the office 4 days a week.

You will be an integral part of the HR team and support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee development programs.

Duties will include:

  1. Act as the main L&D point of contact for the business
  2. Collaborate with the wider business to ensure that training initiatives align with business goals and employee needs
  3. Support with the design, development, and execution of employee training and development programs
  4. Conduct training needs analysis
  5. Schedule and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  6. Track and monitor training attendance
  7. Monitor and report on training effectiveness and progress, providing insights to management regarding the success of development programs

To carry out this role, you must have:

  1. Previous recent experience in Learning and Development
  2. Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
