Job summary

Une agence d'apprentissage numérique primée recherche un designer d'apprentissage immersif pour un contrat de 12 mois entièrement à distance. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience solide dans la conception de solutions d'apprentissage immersives, et devra collaborer étroitement avec une équipe créative. Ce rôle permettra de façonner des objectifs de projet significatifs, tout en appliquant les principes modernes d'apprentissage, y compris la simulation et le design orienté mobile.

Qualifications

  • Expérience prouvée dans la conception d'apprentissage numérique immersif.
  • Familiarité avec les outils de support à la performance et l'apprentissage sur le lieu de travail est un plus.

Responsibilities

Immersive Instructional Designer / Learning Designer

We’re working with a premium, award-winning digital learning agency that creates truly bespoke, immersive solutions for a world-class client base.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead learning design from discovery and ideation through to scripting and storyboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with internal developers and designers to bring immersive solutions to life.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to shape project goals, tone, and structure.
  • Design engaging, interactive, and narrative-driven learning experiences.
  • Apply modern learning principles, especially simulation, gamification, AR/VR, and mobile-first design.
  • Uphold the agency’s commitment to tailored, non-templated learning products.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in designing immersive and interactive digital learning.
  • A strong background in global learning vendors or agencies.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR, performance support tools, and point-of-performance learning is a plus.
  • A wide variety of industry and client knowledge (due to the sheer variety of clients you would work with).
  • A willingness to learn the agency’s internal practices and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
