As a Learning and Development Business Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping the professional growth of our associates and enhancing organizational effectiveness. You will consult, design, and deliver strategic initiatives that foster learning and talent development. You will lead organizational development projects that contribute to our commercial success and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Qualities:
- Proven experience in strategic L&D roles, with a focus on driving commercial, client-focused, and global outcomes.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to align development initiatives with organizational goals and measure their impact.
- 8-10+ years in a similar role, preferably within financial or professional services firms.
- Experience working in large, commercially focused organizations at all levels, including C-suite.
- Strong consultancy, program design, delivery, and impact measurement capabilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Effective in achieving results through people, with clear communication skills.
- Responsive and adaptable in a dynamic environment with a proactive attitude.
- Experience collaborating with HR and operational leaders to assess skill needs and translate them into actionable learning interventions.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning programs to enhance engagement, leadership, and career progression.
- Utilize data and analytics to assess learning effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on learning, change management, and talent strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and embed leadership and skills development into daily operations.
- Drive digital learning adoption and innovative training methods.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in learning strategies.
