Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a Learning and Behaviour Mentor to join a Primary School in North Durham, starting in September. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, help pupils engage with lessons, and foster an inclusive environment where each child feels valued.

• Assisting with the delivery of targeted intervention and catch-up sessions to help pupils bridge learning gaps

Learning and Behaviour Mentor - Requirements or Skills:

• Passion for working with children
• Recent experience working in a school or education setting (preferred)
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar - or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred)
