Job summary

Milk Education is seeking compassionate Learning & Behaviour Mentors to support pupils across Nottingham. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, psychology graduates, youth workers, or anyone passionate about helping young people to reach their full potential.

You will help students regulate emotions, support communication and social development, create a safe learning environment, and assist pupils both in and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

• A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting children or vulnerable young people (preferred but not essential).
• Graduates and aspiring education professionals encouraged to apply!
