• Experience in supervising or managing others.
• Skilled in relationship building and collaboration.
• Ability to analyze information and translate it into practice improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of learning driven by quality assurance insights.
• Manage and develop the Learning Academy team.
• Identify and translate emerging themes into learning opportunities.
• Evaluate the impact of learning on practice.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs.
• Facilitate learning events and coach others.

Skills

Experience in children's social work practice

Understanding of social work practice and safeguarding

Ability to develop people and culture of learning

Experience in designing and delivering learning programs
