Qualifications

• Counselling Skills Qualification required.
• ASIST certification is essential.
• Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification is required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mentoring support to targeted individual learners.
• Undertake referral and assessment procedures.
• Complete and maintain internal documentation and IT systems for measurable impact.
• Contribute to safeguarding activities and reporting processes.
• Attend internal/external meetings as applicable.
• Develop and deliver enrichment activities on campus for learners.
• Promote positive behaviour in line with college values.
• Support learners to transition into college and engage with wider well-being priorities.
