Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Glasgow is seeking compassionate Agency Support Workers to assist adults across Glasgow in learning disabilities, mental health, homelessness and addiction services. Flexible shifts include days, nights, sleepovers and weekends, with weekly pay and holiday entitlement.

You'll work across settings with person-centred support, helping with daily living skills, independence, and community access.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable candidate with a commitment to person-centred support.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, sleepovers and weekends.
• Experience or interest in learning disabilities, mental health, homelessness or addiction services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal development.
• Promoting independence and encouraging choice.
• Providing emotional support and building positive relationships.
• Assisting with community access, appointments and activities.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Working with multi-disciplinary teams and following individual support plans.
