Job summary

TechNative Digital is seeking a Learner Success Manager (Learning Support) to join our Wave 7 bootcamps, supporting around 125 learners across five programmes.

You will lead learning support with a SEND specialist, monitor wellbeing, attendance and progression, and partner with tutors and the Bootcamp Operational team. This role requires warmth, empathy, and strong boundaries, with travel to Brighton and Eastbourne for in-person delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners in education or training contexts.
• Understanding neurodiversity and adult learning needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with learners and staff.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with flexible hours.
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion best practices.

Responsibilities

• Be main point of contact for your caseload, managing ILPs and reviews.
• Monitor attendance, wellbeing, and progression with timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with tutors to coordinate support and overcome barriers.
• Lead on learning support for your specialism across programmes.
• Support learners to develop confidence and employability skills.
• Maintain accurate learner records and evidence for funding.
