Learner Success Coaches are responsible for maximising retention and ensuring apprentice progress to target by monitoring learner progress, conducting routine progress reviews every 10-12 weeks, and providing coaching support sessions as required.
You are an experienced Education Coach/Mentor, with excellent administrative and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a sound respect for ensuring compliant practices.
You’ll enjoy overseeing a busy schedule of learner meetings, building rapport with learners and line managers from various sectors, and maintaining key reporting by accurately updating learner LMS and learning platforms.
You’re conscientious and committed to prioritising learners’ needs.
You’ll quickly identify and escalate risks or issues related to progress to your Line Manager and complete written feedback following learner sessions via the LMS platform, using the guided form capture.
You will ensure that internal reporting is updated to keep employers and Data Mentors informed about learner progress. When progress milestones are not met, you will address this through review actions and objectives.
One-way video interview (alternative options available, e.g., live via Google Meets). Includes competency questions and role play (1 hour). Additional time for Ways of Working/Meet the Team (45 mins).
