We are thrilled to support one of our clients in sourcing an Apprenticeship Support Coach to join their team. This is a home-based position where you will support apprentices throughout their learning journey.

They observed that training and apprenticeships often lacked real skill development for industry, leading to the creation of this organization. Their mission is to build high-quality, innovative solutions for businesses by prioritizing learner experiences.
The Apprenticeship Support Coach will assist learners with their progress and administration, conducting regular check-ins and progress reviews to ensure they stay on track. The successful candidate will also provide additional support as needed.
As part of the delivery team, you will manage and update learner records using the e-portfolio system, covering areas such as:
You will work closely with the Partnership Account Team to develop and maintain employer relationships, ensuring learner progress aligns with the Delivery Model. You will conduct effective exit reviews to promote upskilling and personal development.
You will provide Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG), referring learners to other agencies like government bodies, training providers, or specialists, and advocating on their behalf when necessary.
Maintaining learner records in line with GDPR regulations, organizing additional support with tutors, and being the key contact for learners regarding schedule changes are also essential responsibilities.
You will promote initiatives such as "Apprentice of the Month" and "Theme of the Month," and raise awareness about government strategies for safeguarding and the Prevent Duty, reporting concerns to the Safeguarding Officer as per policies.
Promoting inclusive learning opportunities, celebrating diversity, and ensuring learners receive adequate support and guidance are key aspects of the role. You will also prioritize between enrollment and review activities based on business demand.
Embedding all Equal Opportunities policies, health and safety requirements, safeguarding, and welfare promotion are mandatory. Participation in team and company meetings is expected.
