Job summary
Real Staffing is seeking an experienced Learner Analytics Product Manager to shape the analytics capability for a leading higher education organisation. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and governance, partnering with academic stakeholders, data teams and IT to deliver actionable insights that drive student outcomes.
Remote role with a 3-6 month contract, outside IR35, immediate start. You will translate business needs into requirements, manage dashboards, and support data quality
Qualifications
- Experience delivering data/analytics products in higher education or EdTech.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing roadmaps and agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the learner analytics product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Engage with academic, student services, planning and IT to gather requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Drive dashboards and analytics adoption to support student outcomes.
- Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and partners to deliver enhancements.
- Champion user-centred design and continuous improvement.
- Monitor usage and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Support governance, data quality and compliance for learner data.
