Job summary

Twinkl Educational Publishing is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to partner with Product teams, translating data into insights and shaping growth across our subscription and ecommerce platforms.

You will work with GA4/Adobe Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio and Tableau to track KPIs, run A/B tests, and collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality. Remote role with yearly visits to Sheffield HQ, and a focus on data-driven product decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data/analytics, ideally in ecommerce/subscription.
• Able to query raw data from analytics platforms and deliver insights that drive outcomes.
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery; experience with data visualization tools.
• Understanding of ecommerce metrics like Sessions, Conversion, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with product teams to translate objectives into analytical focus areas.
• Deliver deep insights and recommendations that shape the product roadmap and growth.
• Identify KPIs and develop data-driven experimentation strategies to improve them.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to design and launch data-informed features.
• Analyse A/B and multivariate tests to measure impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Support data tracking by gathering requirements and QA.
