Job summary

Siemens Energy in Worcester is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to help deploy Lean principles across the Additive Manufacturing unit. You will work with business leaders, functions and external partners to drive sustainable improvements in performance, capability and culture, embedding new ways of working for long-term growth.

You will facilitate workshops, value-stream mapping and Kaizen events, coach teams in Lean tools, monitor KPIs and ensure adoption of continuous improvement

Qualifications

Lean or Six Sigma certifications are required.
Experience leading Lean or continuous improvement initiatives in engineering/manufacturing.
Proven track record delivering business improvement or transformation.
Transformation & Improvement; Lean Principles & Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Worcester Lean transformation workshops and Kaizen events.
Identify opportunities to improve flow, quality, delivery and efficiency.
Coach teams in Lean tools and CI methods; drive adoption across the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve transformation goals.
Track activities, measure benefits, report KPI progress.
