Job summary
Siemens Energy Limited seeks a General Manager for its Materials Solutions Additive Manufacturing business in Worcester. You will lead one of the UK's most advanced manufacturing operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability, working across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and EHS.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience with full operational and financial (P&L) responsibility.
- Experience in advanced manufacturing, aerospace, gas turbines, power generation, or regulated industries.
- Track record scaling new technologies or manufacturing processes into industrial production.
Responsibilities
- Lead overall performance with safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability accountability.
- Drive qualification, industrialisation, and scaling of additive manufacturing into serial production.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand capabilities and opportunities.
